Eugene "Fuzz" Fast, 59, of Kalkaska, died Sat, Oct 27, 2001 at his home surrounded by his family and friends. he was born on Mar 4, 1942 in Albion, to Clarence R and Evelyn M (Reynolds) Fast.
He married Debbie on Dec 19, 1993. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne and Special Forces. He was a farmer and an Industrial Construction Supervisor. He was a member of V.F.W. Kalkaska Post and Moose Lodge.
Surviving are his wife Debbie; daughters, Toni Marie (Jerry) Bess of Kalkaska and Julie Fast (Jody Hunt) of Holland; sons Gary (Chris) Fast and Greg Fast, both of Kalkaska, Adam (Sandra) Baugh of Phoenix, AZ, Eric (Claudette) Baugh of Mancelona and Marc Baugh of Kalkaska; 12 grandchildren; brothers, Roger Fast and Dennis Fast of Marshall; sister, Marcille Katz of Marshall; and special friend Judy Fast of Kalkaska, mother of Gary, Greg, and Julie.
A family service was held Oct 31 at Bear Lake Christian Church with Pastor David Rosenberg officiating. Interment was Nov 1st at Fairview Cemetery in Homer.
