Mrs. Ethel I. Gordon, 81, of Petoskey, died Sun, Jan 29, 1995, at Bortz Health Care Center.
She had been a resident of Petoskey for the past three years, after moving from Warren. She was retired waitress, and enjoyed plants and flowers.
She was born on May 10, 1913, in South Fork, PA, to George William and Annie (Lowmiller) Bowen. She married Benjamin Gordon, who preceded her in death in 1954.
Surviving are two sons, Benjamin of Alden and Kenneth of Cadillac; 10 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
One son, Ronald Bowen, and 11 brothers and sisters, preceded her in death.
Funeral services were held at 2pm, Wed, Feb 1, 1995, at the Wolfe Funeral Home, Kalkaska. Rev. Paul Karges officiated.
