Mrs. Ellen M. Hall, 68, a lifelong resident of Kalkaska County, died Tue, Feb 25, 1992 at Grand Traverse Medical Care Facility.
She was a member of the Excelsior Church of Christ and Ladies Aid, a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and a member of the Excelsior Township Board for many years. She drove school bus for Crawford School and was an aid on the handicap bus in Kalkaska County.
Mrs. Hall was born on Jun 1, 1923, in Kalkaska County, to Jesse and Lizzie (Johnson) Rosenberg. On Aug 16, 1947, in South Boardman, she married Robert F. Hall, who preceded her in death on Mar 13, 1974.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Terry (Sue Ellen) Haugen of Benzonia; two sisters, Nellie Graydon of Kalkaska and Lois Parker of Albuquerque, NM; two grandchildren, Robert and Kristine; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by an infant son.
Funeral services were held Fri, Feb 28, 1992 at the Wolfe Funeral Home, Kalkaska. Mark McCool officiated. Burial will be in Excelsior Township Cemetery, Kalkaska County, in the spring.
