Mrs. Dora Bernard, 80, former resident of Wales Township and resident of Richmond for 27 years, died Friday, in the home of her daughter, Mrs. John T. Joseph, Richmond, after a long illness.
She is survived by her husband, Harry D. Bernard, and a daughter, Mrs. Joseph Richmond; two sons, Carl D. Bernard, Detroit, and Milton J. Bernard, St. Clair.
Mrs. Bernard was born in Detroit, Oct. 9, 1865. She was a member of Richmond Methodist church.
The remains are in the Bernard home, where funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday.
Rev. William Pryer, pastor of the Methodist Church, will officiate. Ray Houstin, John Grant, John Rix, Alex Joseph, Charles Fuerstenau and Alex Maxwell, all of Richmond, will be pallbearers.
Burial will be in Richmond Cemetery.
