Edwin D. Hatley, 77, of Lakeland, died Mon, Mar 16, 1992 at Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, FL.
Mr. Hatley was a resident of Kalkaska and Allen Park for 35 years and resided in Lakeland for 17 years. He attended Garfield School and was a carpenter. He enjoyed gardening and spent winters in Ruskin, FL.
He was born on Sep 27, 1914 to Danual and Laura Sides Hatley in Nakomis, IL. On Dec 20, 1934, in Traverse City, he married Leda Woodard, who preceded him in death on Oct 1, 1987.
He is survived by one daughter, Jeanette M. Greif of Grosse Ile; one brother, Jerry Hatley of Kalkaska; three sisters, Cleo Miller Of Kalkaska, Ruah Kimball of Kalkaska, and Alice Bair of Lansing; and two grandsons, Jason and Todd Mohyla.
Funeral services were held Fri, Mar 20, 1992 at the Wolfe Funeral Home, Kalkaska. Rev. David McCool officiated. Burial will be in Lodi Cemetery, Kalkaska County, in the spring.
