Much anticipated and desired infant son of Deborah and Randy Gawne delivered dead at 36 weeks due to an umbilical cord accident.
Dylan is survived by maternal grandparents James and Barbara Lantz of Port Richey, FL, and by paternal grandparents Cyril (Dick) and Jean Gawne of Sage Lake; great grandparents Roscoe and Lillian Lantz of Clearwater, FL, Maude Kenney of Twining, Lee Gawne of Prescott; great great aunts and uncles Hilda Lantz, Helen Lantz, Lillian Geyer, Cleo and Marilyn Solomon, Sylvia and Dayton Solomon, Elinor Sasse, Marion swift, Mildred Hinkley, Keith and Irene McLean; great aunts and uncles Roscoe Lantz, Mits and Phil Lantz, Betty and Jack Lantz, Edna and Leon Mudry, Billie and John Hill, Rene and Chuck Hill, Verna and Marvin Hill, Merle Hill, Carol and oe Brezenzenski, Sonna and Ron Gawne, Lealla and Jim Gawne, Sharon and Larry Gawne, Sand and Larry Kenney, Kay and Harry Fales; aunts and uncles, Patti Stempien, Cindy and Scott Quigley, Mike Lantz and Theresa, Jackie, and Richard Gawne, Sharon and Robert Gawne, Renee and Tony Keister; cousins first, second, third, and fourth generations; best friends and birthing coaches Lori and Marty Peck; friends, neighbors, co-workers, Dr. Nowak, Verplanck, Abernethy, and staff, Munson Birthing Center and staff and acquaintances.
Dylan is preceded in death by great grandparents Florrie and Enoch Hill, Earl Keeney, Lois and George Gawne, great aunts and great uncles Emma Lee and Al Hill and Elmer (Tony) Hill and Charlie Stuart.
Dylan was cremated through Wolfe Funeral Home and his ashes were laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery in Kalkaska at a private ceremony on May 2, 1995. Rev. Paul Karges will perform a Memorial Service on Jun 10, 1995 at 2 pm at The People's Church at the corner of Cherry Street and Fourth Street. All are welcome to attend. Per the family's request, instead of flowers send donations to the Diabetes Foundation, Arthritis Foundation or Kidney Foundation so others may live on in Dylan's name.
