Duncan Allen Anger, 52, of Coldsprings Township, died Fri, May 3, 2002 at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City.
He was born Sep 18, 1949, in Mancelona, the son of Ernest E and Ethel (Jefferson) Anger. Allen grew up in Port Huron and graduated from Port Huron High School in 1967. On Nov 30, 1974, in Coldsprings Township, he married Lynn Lyon. He received and associate's degree from Northwestern Michigan College in Traverse City in 1980.
He is survived by wife, Lynn Anger of Coldsprings Township; children, Douglas Allen Anger and Thomas Franklin Anger, both of Coldsprings Township; mother Ethel L Anger of Mancelona; brothers Ernest E (Zada) Anger of Mancelona, Albert B (Kay) Anger of Gainesville, TX, Donald K Anger of Mancelona, and Roger C (Bonnie) Anger of Mancelona; sisters, Ethel L Hoig of Mancelona, Joyce K (Robert) Matthews of Lexington, Audrey M (Meredith) Jackson of Chattanooga, TN, and Janet G Blair of Berrien Springs; sister in law, Gertrude Anger of Marysville; as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Ernest E Anger, twin brother, Douglas E Anger, brother Everett R Anger, and sister Delilah Graves.
Graveside services were held Tue, May 7, at the Coldsprings Township Cemetery.
The family was served by the Penzien Funeral Homes, Inc, in Mancelona.
