Dorothy Kellogg, 86, of Kalkaska and formerly of Grayling, passed away on Sun, Feb 28, 2010 at her home.
She was born on Apr 16, 1923 in Hillman, the daughter of the late William and Goldie (Bruce) Brown.
Dorothy married Carl Kellogg on Feb 10, 1940 in Pontiac. Together they owned Kellogg's Canoe Livery and Campground. Dorothy enjoyed her flower gardens, playing pinochle, puzzle books, and BBQ cookouts. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Grayling.
Surviving Dorothy are her children, Ronald C. Kellogg of Grayling, Bonnie J Lewis of Kalkaska, Brenda K (Harold) Morris of Rapid City, and Karen S Kellogg of Grayling; 16 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; seven great great grandchildren; her siblings, William Brown of Drayton Plains, Milton (Carol) Brown of Duran, Fred (Helen) Brown of Drayton Plains, Shrily Brown, Donna Brown - both of Ste Saint Marie - Carol (Merlin) Shannon of Duran, Penny Brown of Ste Saint Marie and Joanne (Chuck) of VA.
Preceding Dorothy in death was her husband; her daughter, Patricia Kellogg Rexhausen; and four grandchildren.
A memorial will be announced at a later date.
