Dorothy Addis, aged 93, of rural Greenville, passed away Jan 8, 1990. She was born Aug 23, 1896 in Montcalm County to Frank and Nellie VanHoose Beardslee. She married Homer N. Addis, Feb 2, 1933 in Bowling Green, IN. He preceded her in death, Dec 15, 1989. Surviving are her son, Leroy (Ann) Addis of Rockford; her grandchildren, Barry (Linda) Addis, Bernard (Sue) Addis, Beverly (Bradley) Harrington, all of Greenville; seven great grandchildren; her niece Patricia Usher of Grand Rapids; her nephew, Frank Beardslee of Greenville. Funeral services will be held Thu, Jan 11, 1990 at 11am at the Brown-Teman Funeral Home, Greenville, with Pastor Harry R. Johnson officiating. Burial in White Swan Cemetery. Visitation will be Wed from 1 to 3 and 7 to 8:30pm at the funeral home.
