Donna J. Luce, age 86, of Adrian, died Thu, Sept 10, 2015 at the Highland Alzheimer’s Home in Jackson. She was born Aug 21, 1929, in Toledo, OH to George and Mary T. (Dzwigon) Soneff. She married Harold Luce, Jr. on Aug 16, 1947 in Adrian. He preceded her in death on Jul 22, 2012. Donna retired from General Motors Fisher Body in Tecumseh. Along with her husband, Harold, she was owner and operator of the Bel Air Car Wash and Horn’s Wrecker Service in Adrian. She attended the Jasper Bible Church and enjoyed traveling North to her cabin, and south to visit family. One of her favorite past times with her husband was Nascar and Indy car racing.
Donna is survived by two grandsons, Ronald Luce Jr of Horton and Brandon (Sarah) Luce of Parrish, FL; a daughter in law, Karen Luce of Parrish, FL; and four great grandchildren, Lauren and Holden Luce and Aiden and Elijah Luce. Both Harold and her two sons Ron and Ricky are waiting to meet her in heaven. Graveside services will be held on Mon, Sept 14, 2015 at 1pm at Fairfield Cemetery with Rev. Bruce Jewett officiating.
