David Wainwright, 92, of 24 Garden Hill Rd, Wethersfield, husband of the late Maude (Tolbert) Wainwright, died Thursday (Jun 15, 1993). He was born in Ludlow, MA, and lived in Wethersfield since 1942. He retired in 1968 from the Grant Tool Co after more than 30 years of service. He was a member of Hospitality Lodge No. 128 AF & AM, and many other masonic bodies. Davied was a 33 degree mason of the Scottish Rite. He is survived by four daughters, Joanne Wainwright, Irene Wainwright, Ruth Ellsworth, all of Wethersfield and Janet Gingell of East Hartford; a sister, Lillian Burwell of Springfield, MA; six grandchildren, Brian Ellsworth of Tolland, Laura Bober, and John Tolhus, both of East Hartford, Brenda Ellsworth and Sharon Ellsworth, both of Wethersfield, and Carinne Bergeron of Vernon; and ten great grandchildren. Funeral service will be Sat, 11 am, at the James T. Pratt Funeral Home, 277 Folly Brook Blvd, Wethersfield. Calling hours are Sat, 10 to 11 am. Burial: Village Cemetery.
