Dannielle Cherie Brandt, 19, of South Boardman, passed away suddenly on Feb 3, 2006, in East Lansing as a result of an automobile accident.
Born on Mar 18, 1986, in Wayne, she is the daughter of Kenneth and Deborah (Carlson) Brandt.
Dannielle was a full time student enrolled in the pre veterinarian program at Michigan State University in East Lansing. She graduated with honors from Forest Area High School in 2004.
dannielle was a Girl Scout for 12 years and belonged to the Grand Traverse County 4-H. She was a member of the equestrian team and competed at the state finals. Dannielle also participated in the football team and track team, earning her varsity letters. Her dogs were state champions in agility. She was employed at Kalkaska Animal Hospital .
Surviving Dannielle are her parents, Kenneth and Deborah Brandt of South Boardman; brother, Kenneth William (Marie Aldridge) Brandt II of South Boardman; and her dogs, "D.O.G." and "Chance."
Visitation will be on Wed, Feb 8 from 1 to 4 pm and 6 to 9 pm at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska.
The funeral service celebrating her life will be on Thu, Feb 9, at 11 am at the funeral home. Burial will be at Brandt Cemetery in the spring when weather permits.
