Cynthia Shirley Markley, 83, of Fife Lake, passed away Mon, Sep 15, 2003 at her home.
She was born Sep 6, 1920, the daughter of Frank A and Margaret M (Hall) Markley in Greenwood Township.
Cynthia was a resident of Garfield Township since 2002, having previously lived in Kalkaska, San Antonio, TX, and Maryland.
She proudly served her country as a WAC during WWII. Cynthia enjoyed golf, going to the casino, playing cribbage, reading and playing the organ as well as all kinds of music.
Cynthia is survived by her sister, Dewie a. Dadensack of Fife Lake; brother, Robert H (Gloria) Markley of Whitehall; five nieces and three nephews; several great and great great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Bernard and Frank; a brother in law, Charles Ladensack; and a nephew.
No services are planned at this time.
