Cyd L. Crandall, 31, of Rapid City, died Wed, Apr 17, 1996, at Rapid City.
Mr. Crandall had been a lifelong resident of Rapid City, and enjoyed mechanics, fishing, and camping.
Born in Grand Rapids on May 15, 1964, he was the son of John and Alice (Hill) Crandall. He married Penny Meeker on Oct 22, 1983 in Rapid City.
He is survived by his wife, Penny, one son, Lewis and one daughter, Meranda both at home; his father, John Crandall of Nebraska; his mother, Alice Hill of Rapid City; four brothers, Christopher of South Boardman, Clare of Muskegon, Clifford of Florida, and Frank of Rapid City; three sisters, Connie Crandall of Rapid City, Carol Massie of Harrison and Melody Crandall of Nebraska; four stepbrothers, Bill Grover of Texas, Monty Grover and Lonnie Grover both of Alabama, and Jonathon Grover of Texas; two stepsisters, Donna Hatt of Lake City, and Marie Hickin of Rapid City; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services were held Mon, Apr 22, 1996, at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Jerry Rupe, pastor of the Rapid City Church of Christ officiated. Burial was in Clearwater Township Cemetery, Kalkaska County.
