Connie S. Guenther, 48, of Melvin, died March 30, 2013 at home with her family all around. She was born Oct. 9, 1964 in Yale, Mich to Duane and Mae Harvey.
Connie graduated from Brown City High School Class of 1982 and pursued a degree in cosmetology from the Grondin School in Lapeer and received her license. She married Kurt Guenther on Aug 27, 1994
Connie was a housewife and mother and had worked at Plastifiber for 10 years. She had also worked as a medical aide at Medilodge in Yale and the Sanilac Care Facility.
She is survived by her husband Kurt; four children, Rachel Harvey, Paige Guenther, Mitchell Guenther and Samuel Guenther; two grandchildren, Noah Murphy and Luke Murphy; her mother Mae Harvey; a brother Bob Harvey; a sister Anita Eagle and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father Duane Harvey and a brother Duane Harvey.
