Christopher H. Goodrich, five year old son of Carl and Dorthea Hankins Goodrich of Kalkaska, died Saturday morning, Sep 19, 1992, at the Kalkaska Memorial Health center.
Christopher had lived in the Kalkaska area for the past three years, having moved here from Marion. He was a kindergarten student at the Cherry Street Elementary School, and attended Sunday School at the Evergreen Bible Baptist Church.
He was born in Cadillac on Jul 29, 1987.
Besides his parents, he is survived by four brothers, Clark Goodrich of Grand Rapids, Brian and Tim Woodard both at home and Addison Woodard Jr of Missouri; three sisters, Tammy Turner of Marion, and Agatha and Corene Goodrich both at home; his paternal grandparents, Carroll and Muriel Goodrich of Marion; his maternal grandparents, Lawrence and Helen Wood of Ochlocknee, Georgia; his maternal great grandmother, Viola Wood of Hastings; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services were held Tue, Sep 22, 1992, at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Rev. Richard Jones, pastor of the Evergreen Bible Baptist Church, officiated. Burial will be in Lodi Cemetery, Kalkaska County.
