Charles Micah Marrs, 22, of Kalkaska, died Mon, Jul 24, 2000, at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City.
Micah had resided in Beaverton until moving to Kalkaska in 1986. He was a 1996 graduate of Kalkaska High School, and at the time of his death was employed as a parts clerk at Pro-Am Power Sports. He was affiliated with the Harvestime Church of God, and enjoyed snowmobiling and motorcycling.
He was borbn in Midland on Nov 4, 1977, the son of Charles and Paula Brewer Marrs.
Surviving are his parents from Kalkaska; sisters Carrie Campbell of Traverse City and Amy Marrs of South Boardman; paternal grandparents Bob and Ruth Marrs of Coleman; maternal grandparents J.D. and Donna Brewer of Gladwin; nephew Seth Campbell of Traverse City; his fiancée Melissa Nason and her family of Kalkaska; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A niece Christina Pratt preceded him in death.
Funeral services were Jul 28 at the New Life Assembly in Kalkaska; Pastor Andrew Schmidt officiated. Burial was in Oliver Township Cemetery, Kalkaska County.
