Charles Fellows, 87, of Fife Lake, died Mon, Jun 10, 1996, at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center.
Mr. Fellows was born in Manette, WA, on Jul 15, 1908, son of the late Thomas and Mary Ellen Cline Fellows. He married Christine Wesley in Detroit on Mar 13, 1937. She preceded him in death on Dec 23, 1994.
Mr. Fellows served with the U.S. Coast Guard, and then lived in the Dakotas until moving to Michigan in the 1930's. He worked as a steam fitter until moving to Fife Lake in 1971 from Farmington. He had served as a leader for both Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, and enjoyed coon hunting and fishing.
Surviving are son, Thomas of Romulus; one daughter, Bonnie Cook of Northville; one brother, Walter of Bremerton, WA; two sisters, Florence Levin and Alice Lawson both of Bremerton, WA; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Two brothers, George and Cliff preceded him in death. No services are planned . Arrangements by Wolfe Funeral Home, Kalkaska.
