Celia V. Smith, 90, of Rapid City, passed away at Munson Hospice House on Mon, Jul 20, 2009.
She was born in Des Moines on Apr 15, 1919.
Celia is survived by her daughter, Carol Floyd (Richard), six grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
Celia was a very loving and caring person and will be missed by the many people whose lives she touched. At her request, no services will be held at this time.
Arrangements are being handled by Wolfe-O'Neill Funeral Home.
