Carlton C. Revell, 89, of Route 1, Hagerstown, died Sat at Washington County Hospital.
Born in Roscommon, MI, he was the son of the late James H and Eliza Francis Revell.
He was formerly employed with Fairchild Aircraft, retiring in 1965 and was also a retired farmer.
He was a charter member of Bethel Assembly of God Church in Hagerstown.
He is survived by his wife, Irene Johnson Revell; two daughters, Elizabeth Diggins of Hagerstown, and Sara Frey of Frederick, MD; six sons, the Rev. James C. Revell of Lakeland, FL, the Rev. Robert E. Revell of Fredericksburg, VA, Joseph E. Revell of Durham, NC, P. Benjamin Revell of Elkton, MD, Alfred Van Revell of Marshfield, MO, and Daniel R. Revell of Falling Waters, WV; one sister, Mildred Goss of Gettysburg, PA; one brother, B. Howard Revell of Hagerstown; 28 grandchildren; and 24 great grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11am Tue at the Minnich Funeral Home. The Rev. Arvil J. Barrnett will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Mon from 7-9pm.
