Bruce E. Germain, 64, of Sandusky, MI, died Sun, Nov 26, 2000, at his home.
He was born in Sandusky Jan 5, 1936, to Ormond and Lila (Sisco) Germain. He married Joyce E. Graves Jun 21, 1957, in Sandusky.
Bruce and his wife owned and operated the Kalkaska Campground in Kalkaska since Sep 1982. Prior to that, they owned and operated the Sears Catalog Store in Sandusky from 1970 until 1982. Bruce also did servie and repair work for Fred's TV and Appliance Store in Sandusky.
Besides his wife Joyce, he is survived by sons Carl (Julie) Germain of Sandusky; and Kevin (Joann) Germain of Peck; brother Cecil Germain of Warren; sisters Lois Miller of Port Huron and Mary (Melvin) Zimmerman of Midland; sister in law Eunice Wood of St Clair Shores; and several nieces, nephews; 12 grandchildren and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by brother Loraine "Larry" Wood and sister in law Cleo Germain.
Funeral services were Nov 29 at Hacker Funeral Parlors in Sandusky with Harlow Elsholz of Sandusky officiating. Burial was in Downing Cemetery in Deckerville.
