Beulah L. Elliott, 78, of Fife Lake, passed away Dec 10, 2009 at Munson Hospice House after a two year battle with pancreatic cancer.
She was born May 9, 1931, in Kalkaska County to the late Lawrence and Ruth (Mockerman) Cain.
Beulah married Wilbur Elliott on Aug 28, 1959 in Fife Lake.
She is survived by her son; Wade Elliott of Fife Lake; daughter Lori Elliott of Traverse City; sister in law LaVerne Cain of Elk Grove Village, IL; brother in law Don (Lucy) Elliott of Fife Lake; sister in law, Elaine (Al) Coffman of South Boardman; Johanna Whiteford of Williamsburg, Viva Perry of Manton and several nieces and nephews and cousins.
Beulah was preceded in death by her husband Wilbur Elliott; brother Elmer Cain; sister Mona Meyer and brother in law X. Charles Meyer.
She was a member of the South Boardman Senior Center and the American Legion Auxiliary for many years.
Beulah loved reading, baking, crocheting, and playing cards. She also loved spending time with friends and family.
The family would like to thank Irene Winn from hospice and all the wonderful nurses and staff at Munson Hospice House.
Visitation was held Sun, Dec 13 from 6 to 8 pm at Wolfe-O'Neill Funeral Home.
There were funeral services on Mon, Dec 14 at noon. Pastor William Kuiper, of Evergreen Bible Baptist Church, officiated the proceedings.
