Bess Hickin, 83, died Aug 27, 1995 at the Vencor Hospital in Los Angeles, CA.
She was the daughter of LaVerne and Otis Peck, living most of her young life in Kalkaska County.
Preceding Bess in death were one son, Greg; one granddaughter, Jennifer; her parents, two brothers, Dayton and Ralph; three sisters, Beatrice Smith, Pauline Rimmel, and Florence Belcher.
Leaving to mourn are two grandsons, Christopher of Cherry Hill, NJ and Douglas of Pineville, NC, one brother Martin of Rapid City, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and special friends at her church in North Hills, CA.
Cremation has taken place. Memorials in memory of Bess may be directed to the charity of your choice.
