Bertrand L. Davis, 73, of Kalkaska, died Thu, Aug 13, 1992 at Munson Medical Center.
He had resided in Kalkaska for the past 27 years, after moving from Florida. He enjoyed chess, horseshoes, and reading.
Mr. Davis was born on Jan 1, 1919, in Wexford Township, to Isaac and Maude Dudley Davis. On Nov 3, 1951, in Beulah, he married Dorothy Raymond, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Bertrand L Davis Jr of Alma and Robert J Davis of Sparta; two daughters, Mary Ann Fender and Shirley Jean Davis, both of South Boardman; two sisters, Gladys Skinner of Honor and June Raymond of Elberta; 10 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one sons, Alan Bret Davis and one grandson, Bertrand L. Davis III.
Funeral services were held on Sat, Aug 15, 1992 at the Wolfe Funeral Home. Rev. Paul Karges officiated. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery.
