Bertha M. Tapson, 88, died, Wed, Apr 28, 1993 at the Marlette Community Hospital.
Mrs. Tapson was born to now the late Francis and Anna Jeffers in Brown City, Jun 6, 1904.
She married in Croswell, Jun 25, 1927, the late Nelson H. Tapson who died Mar 25, 1977.
Mrs. Tapson was a homemaker and lived in the Marlette area most of her life. She was a member of the Marlette 1st United Methodist Church.
She is survived by one daughter and son in law, Mrs. Bud (Lou Anne) Innes, of Decker, MI; two sons and daughters in law, John and Scharla Tapson, of Marlette, and Donald and Patricia Tapson of Boulder City, NV; 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Visiting hours were from 7 to 9 pm Wed, Apr 28 and 1-7 pm Thu, Apr 29 at the Marsh Funeral Chapel, Marlette. Services were held Fri, Apr 30 at 11am, Rev. John Allan officiating. Interment was in the Marlette Cemetery, Marlette.
