Arthur Fashbaugh passed away on Feb 1, 2020 in Castle Rock, CO.
Born on Mar 18, 1937 in Canton, OH, Arthur was the son of Matilda and Arthur Fashbaugh. He grew up in Traverse City. Arthur was enlisted in the US Army as a young man and later became a member of the VFW. Throughout his life, Arthur was an avid hunter and angler, often becoming distracted by the sight of deer or elk beside the road, and daydreaming of hunting. Arthur spent his post-military career as a roofing contractor and always enjoyed working with his hands. He was also a devoted fan of Detroit's profession athletic teams and clubs.
Arthur is survived by his siblings, Donald Fashbaugh and Loretta Baker; children, Duncan (Geraldine) Gardener, Mike Gardner and Valerie (Jason) Pearson; grandchildren, Tracy Gardener, Isaiah (Trang) Gardner, Weston Gardner, Ryan Pearson and Sean Pearson.
Arthur was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Joanne Willette; and his wife, Marcia Barry Fashbaugh.
