Arnold B. Lund, 55, of Peoria, IL, died Tue, Oct 22, 1996, at St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Mr. Lund was an iron worker for 25 years for VanBurskirk Construction in Peoria. His last working day was Monday.
He was a member of the Iron Workers No 112 of Peoria.
Born Jun 20, 1941, in Kalkaska, he was the son of August and Goldie (Smith) Lund.
Surviving are his fiancee, Pat Mudd of Peoria; his mother, Goldie Lund Gates of Kalkaska; two sons, Bruce (Shelia) Lund of Peoria Heights, IL, and Craig (Angie) Lund of Stillman Valley, IL; five grandsons, Christopher, Kevin, Eric, Andrew, and Ryan; four brothers, Victor and DeRay Lund, both of Midland, and Dale and Roland Lund, both of Kalkaska; four sisters, Lucille Miller of Traverse City, Elaine Kettle of Hope, and Clara Porter and Leona Boyden, both of Kalkaska; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death was his father, August Lund, in 1961, and special friend Erma Adams in 1989. Cremation rites have been accorded. Memorial services were held Sat, Oct 26, at Spencer Church of Christ in Kalkaska. Rev. Mike Steer officiated.
Memorials may be made to the St. Francis Medical Center Trauma Unit in Peoria.
Arrangements were handled by the Davison-Fulton Funeral Home, Peoria.
