Former Muncie resident Ann Louise Kelsey, 60, Springfield, MO, died Monday in Mid-America Heart Institute, St. Luke’s Hospital, Kansas City, MO.
She was born in Hartford City.
She had been active in Little Theater groups and was one of the first heart transplant recipients in Springfield. She was instrumental in organizing a heart transplant support group in Springfield.
Survivors are her husband Bob; a daughter, Janis (Mrs. David) Paulsell, Springfield; two grandsons, Stephen and Jason Paulsell, both of Springfield, and a stepmother, Vivian Baker, Muncie.
Memorial services will be at 2 pm today in St. James Episcopal Church, Springfield, with burial in Hazelwood Cemetery there. Greenlawn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
