Allen F. Clapsaddle, 92, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday (March 14, 1999) at home. Born in Chaumont, NY, he came here in 1971 from Dexter, NY. He was a lineman with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 1249 in Syracuse, NY, for 20 years. He was a Protestant and a member of Masonic Blue Lodge 172, Chaumont. Survivors include his wife of 69 years, Marion H.; a daughter, Frances F. Barth, Rochester; four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. National Cremation Society, St. Petersburg.
