Aline M Osborne, 85, of Kalkaska and formerly of Mancelona died Wed, Sep 19, 2001, at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center.
She was born Jul 26, 1916, in Kentucky. On Aug 19, 1933, in Flint, she married Clarence L Osborne. They moved to Mancelona in 1972 from Pontiac. He preceded her in death on Mar 5, 1991. She moved to Kalkaska in 1991 to live with her daughter.
Aline was a homemaker most of her life. During WWII, she worked at a defense plant in Flint. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Mancelona. She enjoyed gardening, dancing, bingo, and spending her winters in Florida.
She was loved by all who were fortunate enough to know her. She gave from her heart and was always there to listen, laugh, love and make you feel truly special. God has you now and we will forever hold you in our hearts.
Aline is survived by her children, Nancy (Eman) Martin-Hogerheide of South Boardman, Mary Blackburn of Auburn Hills, and Robert (Elaine) Osborne of Mancelona; 14 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren; brother, Robert Walpert of Flint.
Funeral services were Sat, Sep 22, at the Penzien Funeral Home, Inc, in Mancelona; Pastor Craig Trierweiler of the New Hope Community Church in Williamsburg officiated. Interment was in Fairview Cemetery in Mancelona.
