Erma (Alice) Dunn of Oxford died April 26, 1991, in her Oxford home. She was 81 years old.

Mrs. Dunn was born in Snover, Michigan on Jul 13, 1909, to Harvey and Lillian (Stevens) Clapsaddle. She attended school in Sanilac County. She married Robert George Dunn on April 6, 1929, in Carsonville, Michigan.

She was a member of the Oxford Free Methodist Church and lived in the Oxford area for 56 years after moving from Rochester. She last worked as a coil winder at Syncro Corporation in Oxford.

Survivors include eight children: Mrs. Wanda Kinkle and Mrs. Nancy Lanthier, both of Lake Orion; Mrs. Nora Ann Billgren of Cedarville; Ms. Elma Banks of Swartz Creek; James Dunn of Utica; Max Dunn of Lapeer, and Mrs. Thelma Fridline and Mrs. Shirley Eargood, both of Flint. Thirty-four grandchildren and 48 great-grandchildren also survive.

Other survivors include a brother, Clare Dorman of Snover, and three sisters: Mrs. Vera Poe of Pontiac; Mrs. Marjorie Czewski of Sandusky; and Mrs. Angeles Rosencrantz of Texas. A niece, Mrs. Edith Cuzelis of Taylor, also survives.

Funeral services were held April 29 at the Oxford Free Methodist Church with Revs Thomas Dun, Robert Sawyer and Dale Woods officiating. Burial was in Christian Memorial Cemetery in Rochester.
