Adam James Tracey, 28, of Florida and formerly of South Boardman, died as a result of an oil rig accident on on, Aug 7, 2006 in Florida.
Born on Jun 16, 1978, in Traverse City, he is the son of Gary and Tina (Elkins) Tracey Sr.
Adam was employed by Youngquest Brothers, Inc.
He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, wood carving, stock car racing, and spending time with family and friends.
Surviving Adam are his children, Alexaneria Li, Adam James II, Alecia Ann, and Eathen Isaac; dear friends and mothers of his children, Melissi Tracey and Carrena Smith; his parents, Gary and Tina Tracey Sr of South Boardman; his grandmothers, Janet Marie Tracey and Phyllis Marie Elkins, both of South Boardman; brothers, Gary (Nora Barron) Tracey Jr of South Boardman and Cory Tracey of Florida; nieces, Brittany Ann Tracey Long of Kalkaska and Emily Rose Tracey of South Boardman; and many aunts and uncles.
The funeral service was held on Sat, Aug 12, at Evergreen Bible Baptist Church with Pastor William Kuiper officiating.
